Magnesia composite duct(2320mm×1300mm×25mm)

This product is a high strength panel, which takes plastic foam(AMC-1) or phenol formaldehyde resin foam(AMC-2) as the core material, with mixture of magnesia, magnesium chloride , calcium oxide and fiberglass reinforcing on both sides. It is a non-combustible material, which has no smoke and innocuity if it catches fire;while bending strength exceeds 1.8Mpa and thermal conductivity index reaches 0.050W/mk.
The plastic foam can be fabricated into all kinds of rectangular (bended) ducts by cutting and adhesive connecting, and can be fabricated into air ducts with various specifications and shapes using a combustion resistant adhesive.  
It is widely used for air conveyance systems of central air conditioning units in hotels, apartments, hospitals, office buildings and other deluxe high-rise buildings.
